This event encourages creative expression\, including costumes\, to increase visibility and community participation. \nHosted by Rise Up Boulder\, this demonstration emphasizes peaceful protest\, de-escalation\, and respectful civic engagement. Attendees should follow all local guidelines and be mindful of weather conditions\, as the overpass is not covered. \nParking is available on Tape Drive.
