This free event is a powerful opportunity for young people and community members to learn about one of the planet’s last truly wild places and explore ways to protect it. Together, we’ll showcase the Arctic’s stunning wildlife and landscapes, discuss current threats from oil and gas development, and share actions that youth and community members in Colorado can take.

The event will include:

• A screening of The Arctic: Our Last Great Wilderness with snacks and refreshments
• A short interactive discussion and action station where attendees can write postcards to Members of Congress or take other advocacy actions
• Information about volunteer opportunities for students, youth groups, and community members to get more involved in environmental leadership
